The Mirror of History mural fence at Dewitt Playground has reached an exciting milestone with the installation of its perforated panels. Guided by Principal Anthony Piermarini, AIA, and Project Designer Joshua L. Ssebuwufu, Assoc. AIA, NOMA, in collaboration with artist Marlon Forrester and BRM Production Management, this project celebrates heritage, community, and creativity while transforming the playground into a vibrant public space.

Construction has begun at Dewitt Playground in Roxbury, a multidisciplinary public art initiative. In partnership with artist Marlon Forrester, the P.L.A.Y. (Play, Learn, Athletic, Youth) project is shaping a space that honors heritage, supports wellness, and encourages intergenerational connection. Thanks to BRM Production Management’s outstanding work, this vision is quickly becoming a vibrant reality for the community.
