Tilt-Down Fence is a temporary public art installation in Fields Corner, Dorchester, designed to serve the local immigrant community. Featuring seven ladder bench-and-table systems, it symbolizes the economic ladder while creating space for gathering, support, and upward mobility. Near the MBTA bus stop, the installation will engage preschoolers, parents, elders, and the broader community during its one-month activation.
